  • Obtained a defense verdict for an international architectural and engineering firm for claims arising out of numerous civil engineering projects in Mobile County, Alabama;
  • Obtained the dismissal of all claims mid-trial against an international chemical company for product liability claims;
  • Obtained the dismissal of all claims against a former bank CEO in numerous fraud/breach of fiduciary duty suits filed in Alabama federal and state courts;
  • Obtained the dismissal of all claims against a building product retailer/supplier in numerous suits throughout Alabama alleging product liability claims for defective building products;
  • Obtained dismissal of all claims against individuals by out-of-state real estate “timeshare” organization;
  • Obtained a successful settlement for an orthodontist in a minority shareholder oppression/squeeze-out claim;
